Venta Sitio Chiloé, Chonchi - Alto Andes

Parcela de 4,41 Has con bosque nativo virgen dentro del Parque privado que es un área protegida de conservación :Parque Tepuhueico. A 17 km aprox del pueblo Huillinco, 14 km de ripio y 3 de Asfalto. A 50 km de Castro. En el centro de Chiloé, a solo una hora de Castro y cercano a los pueblos de Huillinco y Cucao, se encuentra el Parque Tepuhueico, cuya extensión de 20.000 hectáreas lo convierte en un verdadero Parque Nacional. En este hermoso lugar desde 1992 se vienen desarrollando diversos proyectos de parcelación, supervisados en forma profesional por biólogos, arquitectos y topógrafos.
5.000 hectáreas fueron designadas para parcelas, quedando 15.000 hectáreas como un gran PARQUE de zonas comunes a las que tienen acceso solo los propietarios. Aparte de las maravillas naturales con que cuenta este lugar, se puede realizar una serie de actividades de deporte aventura y recreativas, que se enmarcan dentro de las especiales características naturales del Parque. Dentro de estas se destacan paseos guiados para la observación de flora y fauna, excursiones a caballo por horas e incluso días, pesca de salmones -especie de abundancia en la zona-, pesca de lance (sobresaliendo la presencia de enormes corvinas), navegación en ríos, navegación a vela, rutas para paseos en bicicletas de montaña, excursiones fotográficas o días de descanso en la playa del lago.
Hay Pudues, zorritos, nutrias, salmones, martín pescador, senderos de Chile, cascada, dos ríos, alerces, lodge de pesca, cabañas, muelle, etc, etc
Hay reglamento de conservación. Se puede intervenir máximo el 10%.

Tepuhueico Park
Parque Tepuhueico is a private conservation initiative on the island of Chiloé in southern Chile.
Only 45 km south of Castro, between Lake Tepuhueico and the Pacific Ocean, there are 20,000 hectares of impenetrable and unexplored native forest waiting to be discovered.

The 20,000 hectares that make up the Tepuhueico Park are located 45 km south of Castro, Chiloé. Its territory extends from the Pacific Ocean to the shores of Lake Tepuhueico. In a north-south direction, the Pirulil Mountain Range crosses it. To the east of it are located the extensive beaches of Quilán, Tricolor and Checo, divided by massifs that emerge perpendicular to the mountain range and abruptly cut into the Pacific, configuring an overwhelming landscape of cliffs. To the east of the Pirulil and up to the Tepuhueico, the protected geography gives life to an ancient temperate forest, habitat of multiple species and with a high degree of endemism.

Vegetation
The territory of the park constitutes a transition zone between the Valdivian forest and the northern Patagonian forest, to which are added elements typical of Chiloé as an island. It is possible to distinguish three types of forest formations; the temperate hygrophilous forest, with a predominant presence of tepa, tineo, mañío and coigüe, the coniferous or cypress forest and the swampy forest also known as tepual. The humid climate and the pristine condition of the territory allow the optimal development of fragile layers made up of epiphytes, lichens and mosses as well as the conservation of mature forests with specimens that exceed 40 m in height and whose trunks rise like supporting pillars of a cathedral. natural.


Fauna
The dimension of the protected area houses multiple habitats; dunes, wetlands, peat bogs and forest. Mammals, birds and reptiles move through the sea, rivers and trees free of anthropogenic threats and it is possible to discover them. The continuity of the forest is the determining factor for the conservation of currently threatened species such as the huillín, the guiña, the Chilote fox, the pudú and the monito del monte, the most primitive marsupial on earth. It is also the ideal place for bird watching; the churrin de la mocha, the chucao, the huet huet and the woodpecker in the depths of the forest, the coot in the wetlands, the kingfisher in the rivers and the Magellanic penguin on the coast. Finally, the Pacific beaches are the amphitheater to spot southern dolphins and if you are lucky, the southern right whale.
